I woke up this morning at around 7am cause I was too excited. Cause I’m gonna catch the movie Transformers with my friends at 10am! Anyways, I did the first thing which I always do when I wake up, check emails, and then I saw this :
Hello Chris,
I have been reading your blog for a few weeks now and I enjoy your writings. I applaud you on your informative and original blog posts.
I was wondering if you could write an entry about this body cleansing program that I’m trying out right now. I heard about it from a local Muay Thai gym, and it’s a colon cleanser that only has natural herbal ingredients in it. The website is Dual Action Cleanse at www.dualactioncleansenow.com and the ingredient list is here, http://www.dualactioncleansenow.com/e-ingredients.aspx . I would like your opinion on your blog about the different ingredients and the benefits/harms of this product. I like it so far and I’ve been using it for 3 weeks. If you think it’s good, give me credit and share it with the other readers on your blog.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that your blog is awesome and keep up the good work!

hmmm… and I thought about it. A scam? Nope, I don’t think so. Couldn’t find any affiliate links. But Dave, how did you find my email add?
Anyways, I believe that reviewing it would be beneficial to those who have yet to try it. I’ll keep the focus on Dual Action Cleanse, not the Maximizer Kit. So here’s what I found.

The word to describe how I feel. Controversial.
Dual Action Cleanse comprises of 2 products. The Colon Clear Formula and the Total Body Purifier. One tablet of each is taken everyday for 30 days straight. No tea bags, no fasting but tablets are not as effective as capsules.
Lack Of Transparency
I went to the website as said by our buddy Dave and tried searching for some information about the company that makes Dual Action Cleanse. Guess what? They are not listed. We don’t know if the product was made by a doctor, herbalist or Joanne my next door neighbor.
Federal Law requires ALL dietary supplements to have the standard FDA Compliance Statement which to no surprise, Dual Action Cleanse didn’t contain.
Other colon cleansing products like Colpurin or Colonix provided information about the people who gave testimonials but not Dual Action Cleanse. Looking at the background of the pictures and you will see that they are from the same place. For all we know, they could be employees.
Inefficiency
There were complains about how ‘well’ the customer service people serve you. One party was told that one may experience flu-like symptoms by the customer service representative. Upon asking for further clarification, the rep said ’stuffy head, but no runny nose’. When asked about the existence of other complaints the rep’s response was ‘no… would you like to place an order now?’ Health forums all over the internet complained of severe abdominal pain, recurring diarrhea, painful cramps, bloating, headaches, flu-like symptoms.
I would seriously recommend reading COMPLETELY the Terms & Conditions of the product before ordering. There you go, Dave. =)
Infomercial Scams
There were 124 complaints at the time of visit
