		<description>I&#039;m surprised to see no mention of raspberry leaf tea.  It is a very old remedy in parts of Europe, even used for childbirth pains.

It really worked for me like nothing else I have ever tried.  However to work, you need a good quality REAL raspberry leaf, including tiny bits of stem.  In Australia, Hilda Hemmes brand is excellent.  Doesn&#039;t work if you use &#039;flavoured&#039; herbal type teas.</description>
