I’ve been through quite a bit in the last 3 years and for the first time I’ve turned to food. I gained 65 pounds over the 3 years and am now obese. I have become almost addicted to these awful/unhealthy foods and I’m in a constant struggle every day to just stop. I have a willingness but my self dicipline is just nothing anymore. I think these pictures and information you posted are very motivating. It is hard to get into the frame of mind but I keep thinking of getting back into my normal clothes like nice dresses and blouses instead of these workout pants that I don’t workout in anymore! haha
