in stead of using mouth wash try using hydrogen peroxide... it kills bacteria and the foaming mouth is proof that it works, it's also fun to pretend that you have rabies...

Know that adult teeth naturally darken with age as the pulp within the tooth shrinks and dentin is deposited in its place.

this may not be entirely true especially when the layer of enamel is thick and opaque enough not to let light through, therefore lessen the darkening effect of dentine

Antiseptic and anti-plaque mouth rinse is important in killing germs that cause plaque, gingivitis, and bad breath.

important? perhaps, but not entirely necessary and must always be with toothbrushing and flossing

Tooth decay, an infectious disease which damages the structures of teeth, can lead to pain, tooth loss, infection, and, in severe cases, death.

it is not infectious. it only occurs when there is exposure to bacteria, sugar substrate with adequate time. i repeat again, it is not infectious. may lead to death only if there is septicaemia within susceptible hosts

Healthcare professionals recommend brushing twice a day, in the morning and evening, so as to prevent formation of plaque and tartar.

i'd recommend at least thrice a day. even better, each time after meals and even snacks

Electric toothbrushes don’t do a better job than regular toothbrushes. Electric toothbrushes were invented for people with adroitness in using the hands. If you don’t have rheumatoid arthritis, brush them normally.

i do not entirely agree. it may help, especially at hard to reach places but not necessary. a simple manual toothbrush is quite adequate as long as the technique is correct

My uncle is 91 years old and he’s still got all his teeth. His secret is brushing them after EVERY meal. It’s like an average of 3 times a day. He keeps a set in his car and office drawer.

admirable. it is sad to see that most people, even young teens losing their permanent teeth at such an early age due to ignorance, neglect and lack of care for their teeth
