Basically, losing weight and belly fat fast equals eating less and burning more. To achieve results in a much shorter time, you need to raise awareness of what goes in your mouth and burning more than you eat, which you automatically achieve when you lift weights. You will also need to buy your own groceries and prepare your own food to ensure proper nutrition.
- Lift Weights
Train hard. Split 3 days alternatively into push (chest & shoulders), pull (back), legs. Workout Monday, rest Tuesday, workout Wednesday, etc. Do core strengthening exercises at the end of each workout. Repeat continuously. The calorie burning effects of weight lifting continues even after your workout. Even when you sleep. The more muscles you have, the more it takes for your body to maintain them. If you have the time, include cardio exercises but know that they do not have weight lifting’s continuous post workout effect.
- Stay Fuller On Less Calories
Stop carbohydrates. Avoid everything starchy like bread, potato and rice. Fill up on fiber instead. Make vegetables consist of at least 60% of every meal. Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, lettuce, celery. These five vegetables are among the top 10 for fiber content. Fruits contain high fiber too, but they are high in sugar as well. You might want to consider following these awesome diet plans.
- Stay Fuller Longer
Protein will keep you feeling fuller longer than carbohydrate or fat. The RDI for protein for an average person is about 55g a day (2 chicken breasts). A weightlifter should consume at least twice that amount of protein. Consume more eggs, fish, pork loin, lean beef, tofu, beans, and yogurt. When you consume enough protein, you will keep your appetite under control naturally.

Smoking is the no.1 preventable cause of death in the world. It kills more people annually than AIDS, Heroin, Cocaine, Alcohol, Car Accidents, Fires and Murders COMBINED!
When I was in high school I took puffs on numerous occasions when I was offered by friends. The ability of bonding easily with another person holding a cigarette was interesting. However, I discovered that smoking contains more cons than pros. I also understood the fact that no one in this world can stop me if I chose to continue smoking. It’s the same that no one in this world could stop you if you chose to value your body and stop.

Anything containing ‘will’, ‘can’, ‘try’ is a sign of a plan waiting to fail. Ask anyone that you may come across who has successfully stopped smoking. They did it because they ‘WANT’ to not because they ‘can’ or ‘will try’. The remaining tips below will only make sense when a true, genuine decision is made.
The first thing to do when a decision is made is to THROW AWAY all your cigarettes and matches. Give your lighters and ashtrays to your favourite pub. Tell the person who has been serving you at the pub, ‘thank you’ and leave. The saying that goes ‘Out of sight, out of mind’ is true in relation to saying no to anything.

- An Hour A Day
Unless you are a professional athlete training competitively, keep it to 60 minutes a day. It doesn’t matter if it’s lifting weights, aerobics, yoga, pilate, jogging, etc. By limiting time, you reduce the risk of injuring your body.
- Patience And Consistency
Your goal may be to look like those two above. However, the time you have set for yourself may have been unrealistic. Seriously, it takes as long as it takes so don’t try to put a rush on it. Things work best when you are patient and consistent. Your current condition is also another factor that directly influences the time taken to reach your goal.
