Too much pornography is harmful. Almost everyone at one point or another in their life come across pornography in one form or another. Some remain in control of their habits while some get consumed by it. However, you can only kick the habit the moment you truly want to. Below are 9 useful ways to seriously cut down pornography consumption.

  2. Keep your room door open. Better still, move your computer to the living room. Pornography is usually consumed in private so taking away privacy greatly reduces the opportunity.
